As a physician, I spend countless hours talking to patients about general health and weight loss. “Eat your veggies”, I said. “Stay away from fats”, I recommended. “exercise daily with lots of cardio.”

I had followed and I followed Tim multiple times. But I couldn’t do follow through with his advice.

Scared of failing again, I tried to put a band-aid on the problem. Don’t change eating, just wear spanx!!!
