Most believe that if you’re in a caloric deficit you’ll lose weight, but is that healthy?

Is the food you’re eating spiking the fat storing hormone insulin which kicks you out of fat burning mode?

Is the food you’re eating sapping you’re energy? Are you still craving?

Get your calories from whole food sources and not junk!..

Mistake #3 Eating Too Many Nuts.

It’s so easy to eat to many nuts. There are a lot of calories in nuts so be very careful not to over consume!

A good rule to follow is to only have about a palm sized handful or about a 1oz portion.

Mistake #4 Everything In Moderation.

Moderation is the worst advice you can give someone recovering from processed & sugary foods.

Would you tell a recovering alcoholic to drink in moderation? I rest my case.

Mistake #5 Focus Only On The weight, Not On Health.

Anytime you embark on a weight loss journey don’t go into it with the mindset of losing weight.

Focus on getting healthy first & then the weight will naturally fall off!
