Today’s meal is another bodybuilding post nutrition meal for gains that you can eat about an hour after your workout.
Remember, Post workout shake 30 minutes after your workout
Then, 1 hour after your shake, eat your first post workout meal.

2. Potato Wedges
3. Ketchup (No High Fructose Corn Syrup)
Fat -5 grams
Protein -60 grams
Carbs -75 grams=590 Calories
=525 Calories
NOTE: If you have excess body-fat to lose eat half the bag of potatoes
