At times I like to share some inspirational and encouraging words for you to think about over the weekend.<\/p>\n
I’ve been reading an incredible book called, “The Slight Edge.”<\/p>\n
I would highly recommend this book if you want to succeed in any area of your life.<\/p>\n
The premise of the book is basically about the very small and insignificant choices you make today, will have a huge and profound impact on your future.<\/p>\n
What is the concept called?<\/span><\/p>\n Some call it the eighth wonder of the world.<\/p>\n Compound Interest.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Now you make be thinking, “what does compound interest have to do with losing fat or building muscle?”<\/p>\n Well…everything.<\/p>\n You see, every choice we make whether good or not so good will have a huge impact on your success be it, health, wealth and or success.<\/p>\n For example:<\/span><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n If you were given a choice to either take a million dollars right now or take a penny that doubles everyday for 31 days, which would you choose?<\/p>\n Due to the fact we live in a push button and instant gratifying world, most would want the million right NOW.<\/p>\n I mean why not.\u00a0 That’s a lot of money.<\/p>\n You could take a risk and invest it to make more.<\/p>\n Right?<\/p>\n But…<\/p>\n Did you know that if you took the second deal by having your penny double for you every day for 31 days you will have acquired just over 10 MILLION DOLLARS!<\/p>\n That’s AMAZING!<\/strong><\/p>\n Don’t believe me?\u00a0 Do the math.<\/p>\n I’ll sit here and wait.<\/p>\n Here is another example to really drive the concept of compound interest.<\/p>\n Let’s say that you take two people who have different eating habits.<\/p>\n One person makes the decision to have lean protein with a salad and the other person has a pizza.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n Does the first person who eats the lean protein and salad see immediate results of great health right then and there?<\/p>\n NO!<\/span><\/p>\n What about the second person?\u00a0 Does he or she see the negative side effects of poor health at that very moment?<\/p>\n Again, NO!<\/span><\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n The point is whether you eat healthy right now or eat something that is unhealthy the results are not instant, but over the course of the year you will see a very different outcome.<\/p>\n Why?<\/p>\n The magic of compound interest.<\/p>\n So why do so many people choose the wrong way to do things rather than the right way?<\/p>\n Simply because it’s EASY TO DO but, it’s EASY NOT TO DO.<\/span><\/p>\n The problem lies in that when we plant, we instantly want to bring in the harvest.<\/p>\n The missing piece of the puzzle is we don’t cultivate.<\/p>\n That’s the most important thing, cultivate.<\/p>\n It’s the small ever so insignificant things you do day in and day out that will have a huge impact on your future.<\/p>\n I don’t care what the BIGGEST and most POPULAR training program is out there, it will take time to see results.\u00a0 There is NO program that is going to give you INSTANT RESULTS.<\/p>\n This is why so many people quit their training program because they were under the assumption of getting results fast.<\/p>\n <\/a><\/p>\n When they look at themselves in the mirror after only a few weeks, they walk away disappointed and quit.<\/p>\n I know many of the sales pages you’ve probably come across seem to promise you instant results.<\/p>\n The TRUTH is, they are lying to you!<\/strong><\/p>\n You’ve been SCAMMED if you bought into this lie.<\/p>\n I’ve been guilty myself when telling people about my 180 Muscle Method Program?<\/p>\n Well, I’m here to set the record straight.<\/p>\n You are NOT going to get instant results from my program.<\/p>\n You may not see results until your 3rd,\u00a0 4th, or 5th week.<\/p>\n You’re results may come faster or slower but, it all depends on the little steps you take everyday.<\/p>\n I know I may be shooting myself in the foot right now but, I don’t care about selling my program to you, I would rather you get the TRUTH and sleep good at night knowing you made the right decision.<\/p>\n That’s what matters.<\/p>\n Now on the flip side can you get results?<\/p>\n If you have been paying any attention to the theme of this email then you’ll know YOU CAN!<\/p>\n I received an awesome testimonial last week from one of my students who did purchase the 180 Muscle Method.<\/p>\n Here is what he had to say:<\/p>\n Hey Tim!<\/p>\n “I ran across your course on Udemy and really caught interest in your 180 program, so after completing the course I went ahead bought it.
