Get your calories from whole food sources and not junk!..<\/span><\/p>\n

Mistake #3 Eating Too Many Nuts.<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s so easy to eat to many nuts. There are a lot of calories in nuts so be very careful not to over consume!<\/span><\/p>\n

A good rule to follow is to only have about a palm sized handful or about a 1oz portion.<\/span><\/p>\n
