So many of the foods we traditionally associate with the holiday are loaded with carbs and sugars.<\/p>\n

Here are 5 tips that will allow you to feast on your favorite holiday foods WITHOUT<\/strong> effecting your wight and fat loss.<\/p>\n

Tip # 1<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 Intermittent Fasting<\/h3>\n

There’s no better way to begin your holiday feast by waking up in the morning and fasting.<\/p>\n
