    What is detrimental to losing fat is another powerful hormone called, “insulin.”<\/p>\n

    Insulin is released through the pancreas anytime you consume food, especially foods high in carbohydrates.<\/p>\n

    The combination of high cortisol and spiking insulin early in the morning will dramatically hinder you losing fat.<\/p>\n
