\nBut that seems like a lifetime ago\u2026
\n2001 was the toughest year of my life.
\nI was 25 years of age when my closest brother past away at the age of 24, (a drug overdose).
\nAt the time I was engaged to a woman who decided to leave 4 months after my brothers death.
\nWhat a horrific time and loss. I was left standing at a crossroad, not knowing what to do next until a co-worker introduced me to the gym.<\/p>\n

These past events would be the catalyst that would catapult me to have a desire to better my life both “spiritually” and “physically”.<\/p>\n

My co-worker and I started working out. He showed me some simple things that would change my body and I started to notice a change in my physique but, also my whole outlook on life. I just needed to get my mind off of things and my friend lead me into a life changing direction, never looking back.<\/p>\n

Over the years I took my passion for fitness and my faith to a whole new level. The hard times seem to disappear. Gradually I got more and more fit. I’ve met some great fitness gurus and experts along the way. Some of those people I promote here on my site. They were instrumental in my quest to build the physique I desired.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Instead of being “addicted” to drugs I became “addicted to fitness”<\/strong> and continue to live a healthy lifestyle today.<\/p>\n

Fast forward to today… I married the woman of my dreams, got in the best shape of my life and continue to have a passion for fitness.<\/p>\n

You to can have a healthy and fulfilling life full of passion no matter where you are. Its an adventure, but it\u2019s going to take some effort and most of all some heart.<\/p>\n

In the very beginning I was crushing it BIG time! As the years went on I lost touch with my co-worker that I was working out with and began to slowly miss my workouts. Eventually I stopped working out for 3 WHOLE YEARS!<\/strong><\/p>\n

[line_break]When I began to change my body back in 2001, I went from being unnoticeable to being more desirable. For the first time I actually went on some dates and started gaining confidence with my new physique. It was fun going out and buying new clothes that extenuated my new build.[\/line_break]<\/div>\n

You see\u2026 I did workout a lot and tried to eat okay\u2026but as time went on my diet began to suffer and I went into the other direction.<\/div>\n

\u201cI Started Getting Fat\u2026”<\/p>\n

That’s right fat! I started eating anything I wanted and really didn’t care much about my physique anymore.Then one day I woke up and just felt uncomfortable with myself. I was getting the itch to go back in the gym and set some different goals for myself.The first goal was to lose the weight and rebuild the muscle I had lost.<\/p>\n

One day I was browsing the Internet and saw this site called, “N0 Nonsense Muscle Building<\/a>.” The author of this site was created by a man named Vince Delmonte<\/a>. He teaches skinny guys who have a problem gaining weight and building muscle. I never heard of him before but I was desperate to build muscle and needed a program to follow.My birthday was coming around and all I wanted was this program by Vince Delmonte<\/a>. My mom purchased the program and I was well on my way to getting my physique back on track.I say all this because life seems to sway back and forth like a pendulum. Success always comes with set-backs. The set-backs are not failures but, rather learning experiences.<\/p>\n

This is what I like to call “The Pendulum Syndrome.”<\/p>\n
