Why a Testosterone Prescription Does More HARM than Good

Millions of men with "low-T" have been turning to Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) to feel like a new man again, but you NEED to know the downsides, and why boosting Testosterone naturally is a much smarter alternative than a prescription

The condition of "low-T" affects millions of men, and is getting progressively worse every year due to our modern lifestyle, chemicals, and food supply.

In fact, as we've mentioned in other articles on this subject, recent studies indicate that the testosterone level of the average male today is a whopping 25% less than it was in 1992 (Comparing men of the same ages).  Meanwhile, the average male estrogen level has increased an alarming 40% during the same time period.

The studies also show that average male sperm counts are down a scary 40% in that same time period.

You probably already know some of the problems often associated with low-T...
  • excess belly fat
  • excess chest fat (aka, man boobs)
  • a decreased desire for sex
  • erectile dysfunction to varying degrees
  • less muscular strength and power
  • lack of energy
  • problems sleeping
  • and just an overall feeling that you are less of a man than you used to be (decreased manliness)
More alarming is the fact that low-T is downright DEADLY to men... A study published in the Endocrine Society of Toronto found that men with lower Testosterone levels had a 33% increased risk of dying than men with higher T levels .

Unfortunately, the mainstream medical establishment doesn't have the right solution...In fact, instead of getting to the root cause of the problem, what most doctors prescribe to men suffering low-T is a testosterone replacement therapy.  And a prescription for Testosterone only makes matters WORSE, as you'll see below.

Always remember this...drugs NEVER get to the root cause of a problem -- instead, drugs are always a "band aid" that simply masks your symptoms and causes problematic side effects over time.

The main problem caused by testosterone replacement drugs is that they are what's called "exogenous" hormones.  That means they are external hormones added to your body, which causes your body to down-regulate the natural production of those hormones. 

This means that if you start a Testosterone replacement therapy drug, you are essentially dooming yourself to be on that drug for the rest of your life, because you just reduced your natural production of testosterone. 

If you go off of the drug at some point, you become an even weaker, less manly version of yourself than when you started, with even worse problems with belly fat, man boobs, lower energy, and less desire for sex.

It is important to know that there are many points along the testosterone physiological chain in your body (the hypothalamus, pituitary, testes, blood proteins, cells and/or liver) that can become disrupted and effect testosterone production and activity .  This is why you just can’t just add more testosterone through injections, pills or creams.  If you do that, it negatively affects some point on the hormonal chain. 

That's why I keep saying that it's so important to get to the ROOT cause of your low-T problems instead of masking it with drugs that do more harm than good in the long run.

I think you'd agree after reading this that Testosterone replacement drugs are NOT the best course of action if you want to permanently FIX your low-T problems and become a stronger, leaner, more energetic and sexually active man again. (Keep in mind that for certain specific people with hypogonadism or other extreme medical problems, Testosterone drugs may be required, so be sure to talk to your doctor if that describes you)
