My name is Fallon an I am a 30..something mom of 2 from South Carolina. At 19 before becoming a mom, I met my husband and that is when I began to put on weight. Fast forward a few years and that’s when we became a family of 4 with 2 young kids with my weight hovering around 230 pounds.
After having my second child I got really depressed because our daughter at 10 months old experienced an absent impartial seizure. I realized quickly that I could not live like this so I sought out a therapist and this was the first turning point for me.
I had severe anxiety, that had really been present since my teens, but I didn’t realize it. I was so unhappy with myself it was causing me to have horrible mood swings. I was eating my emotions and comfort foods that I thought would make me happy. I was unhappy so I would eat and then I would be unhappy because I ate.
I started researching diets, joined weight watchers for a short time (what a joke that was!) and kept naturally gravitating toward the keto diet. It made the most sense to me..fat feeds the brain and since I was already so aware of ingredients when I read the ingredient lists on low calorie/low fat foods, I was appalled that these were being presented as healthy.
One day I stumbled upon Tim and his Thanksgiving challenge. He said to just give him 10 days.
He motivated me via his instastories and kept saying just give it your all for 10 days and if you aren’t happy with the results and the way you feel then stop. I decided to give it my all and I followed his plan intently for the next 10 days. Over those 10 days, I lost 9 pounds!
But I gained so much more...my anxiety that I was always having to suppress with the tools I learned in therapy was nearly nonexistent. I had been diagnosed with folliculitis when I was a teenager and told there was no cure but it had stopped flaring up and even some of my scars had started to heal. I wasn’t starving and craving foods and sugar like I had with every other diet in the past. I was losing weight and I FELT GREAT!
So here I am, I have lost 56 pounds now. I know how every food I eat makes my body feel. I don’t emotionally eat anymore.

My name is Cecilia I’m a mother of 5. I always struggled losing weight after I had my second child and tried all kinds of diets nothing worked for me . Hey my name is Michael Koltes, an actor and musician.
One of the hardest parts of this industry is the pressure to "look good" It can cause a lot of stress and frustration not having that perfect body or good skin etc. I have tried so many diets over the past 10 years and spent so much money on things that just didn't give me the result I wanted, even ended up depressed about it with anxiety attacks.
I have been trying to take action for years but without the desired results. There are many times where I wanted to give up even trying. I have been following Tim's Instagram for a while now and keeping an eye on the posts/advice. Several of my friends decided to do Keto diets and have had results but I was kinda scared to even start because I didn't have a clue where to begin.

My Name is Rob McGhee I am a 49 year old male. I have struggled with my weight for most of my adult life. I have always gained weight and took it off pretty easy until I reached my 40's. Now it has become a real struggle for me. Within the last year, I have put on a total of 50lbs (which I have never been this heavy in my life).

I am so happy that I found Tim on Instagram. The beginning of 2018 was very tough having to have a knee reconstruction and having to wear a leg brace for 4 months, going through a large weight gain, depression and I felt down and needed the motivation to get fit and lose weight.

A little about my background to start. I have been overweight my whole life. I was actually put on weight watchers when I was in 3rd grade. After many years of trying everything I could I decided to get gastric bypass. I had the roux en y surgery 4 1/2 years ago. I went from 281 pounds down to 148 pounds. I then went through a divorce and gained about 30 pounds back. I started doing keto this January as a new years resolution. I was doing lazy keto to start out with. I fell off keto for a few days around my time of the month and got a little discouraged when I bloated so much and gained a few pounds. Then in my discouragement, I found Tim Instagram and applied his "Intermittent Keto Fasting" eating strategy.
I was much stricter with my eating and for the first time practiced "Intermittent Keto Fasting™".
As I was growing up, I was always told that fat is bad for you and to follow a low fat diet, but eating more fat in my diet keeps me full for so much longer than what carbs do.
I know a lot of it is water weight, but I am in awe of how flat my stomach is now! I am so grateful for finding keto because I used to eat pasta, pizza, & breaded foods and, with having a smaller stomach, I would always end up feeling like absolute crap after every meal, but now I eat, I get full (not over full), and I don't hurt.
Iovan was a former pro swimmer before he got into a freak accident while driving his ATV which landed him in the hospital for 3 months with multiple broken bones.

All my life I wanted to be lean but my weight consistently fluctuated up and down. Back in high school and Junior College I played basketball, life began to get really busy so I got addicted to fast food because I hated grocery shopping and cooking. I came up with ever excuse in the book to not lose weight.
My weight got up to a staggering 258 pounds after a breakup so I decided to give the keto diet a try to see what would happen. In the beginning I was just “winging” it on my own because I didn’t want to stress myself out. As time went by, I was hooked!

I'm Bobby Tarango IG tolomotorsports from Hobbs, NM. First off a little background. Back in 2011 I weighed 420lbs. So after diet plan, after diet plan, fitness trainer after fitness trainer I gave up. I was at my low, depressed, etc etc. So under went the gastric bypass surgery. Fast Forward to 2013-2014 I dropped the weight fast of course I was at 220-225lbs wearing 2 spanx compression shirts because of the loose skin. My mindset was always on the scale eating 3 small meals 3 snacks per day.
The scale didn't drop anymore so I lost that flame. Fast forward 2017 I gained about 100lbs. It got out of control. My wife would tell me, but I would brush it off and avoid it you know. So March of 2018 I started again at 315lbs. YouTube has a lot of information so I learned and adapted to different things. I went to the gym every day for 2hrs per day after work using light weights, cardio and muay thai for conditioning mostly.
August 2018 I was 285lbs 290lbs I seen Tim's IG video in Sept of 2018 on the "Intermittent Keto Fasting™." So I tried it out. Started with 12:12 for a few weeks to get used to it and dropped to 275lbs by mid Sept. Then moved on to the the 16:8. By mid October I was at 259lbs and at the end of October I was 249lbs. Then in mid November I was at 240lbs and towards the end I was at 238lbs.
December I hit my plateau at 237lbs -238lbs. So I started going to the gym in the early morning before work and after work I would do heavier weights with my muay thai conditioning. Then I applied the 20:4 fasting method using keto meals. Finally in January of 2019 I dropped to 234lbs. Now in March of 2019 I'm back on the 16:8 fasting method maintaining my weight at 226-228 with more muscle, less loose skin and NO spanx shirts!
I started following Tim's plan in September 2018 at 290lbs and my current weight is at 226lbs. 64 pounds DOWN! I feel great. I did Tim's "Find Your WHY Wednesday" and it took me about 3 weeks to figure it my why. My why is to live a long healthy fit Lifestyle. I want to be able to do things 30,40, 50yrs from now (if the good lord let's me) to live a healthy life for my wife, me and my family.
I'm slowly getting the body I always dreamed and wanted. More important than that, I want to be a beacon of hope and inspiration to others with purpose. Just because I got the surgery doesn't mean it's an easy fix. You have to put in the work and as a wise man I follow told me "GET YOUR FOOD RIGHT". So thank you TIM.

My name is James Iqcques my start weight was 295. I have been in and out of the gym since I've been a young teenager and have seen baby results here and there but nothing significant. I've always been that "Big guy" or "big fella" and I know it wasn't said to be hurtful but after hearing it so much it definitely got to me.
About a year ago I got to my biggest weight a couple pounds from 300 and I could never be more depressed and in pain, mentally and physically. I used to hate myself for eating but depression would kick in and I would just eat more it would basically contradict itself and then I'd hate myself after when I would be so kind to my stomach and so full I didn't want to move. I became a hermit and never wanted to leave or get dressed in real clothes because I hated the way I looked and the way I felt in clothes.
Along with that I work long hours so I would drink 2-3 energy drinks and load up on sugar, eventually it started getting to my health I would crash super hard and it started affecting my heart to the point where there were several times I had to go to the work nurse or even the hospital.
