However I wasn’t always some “fat loss expert." In fact...

This time last year I was tipping the scale at a humiliating 243 lbs. Dragging my feet around the house with no energy for my kids. Unable to look my wife in the eye and ashamed by my appearance...

I tried tons of different diets to get back in shape...

Low fat, high protein, smoothie detoxes, eating 6-8 small meals a day. And nothing worked.

Plus I struggled to find a sustainable routine to fit my life as a parent…

Q. What does your coaching program teach?

My coaching program teaches both intermittent fasting combined with the keto diet

After doing years of research, trial and error on myself and some of my past students… what I’ve found that works really well for regular people in the real world who struggle with low energy, cravings, bloating, bad health, and just being overweight… is a detailed intermittent keto fasting eating strategy. 

And I know this because I’ve talked to many people from all over the world and they all tell me the same recurring things…They want to: increase energy, curb cravings, not feel so hungry all the time, they want to get in better health, lose weight so they can look and feel more confident in their own body

And the way I’m able to help regular people such as yourself overcome these things is by giving them the EXACT foods to eat and WHEN to eat those foods. By doing this it does one CRITICAL thing…it reduces insulin. 

You see…insulin is what causes people to be tired all the time, have cravings, hunger and ultimately have extra belly fat.  It’s this up and down roller coaster ride with your blood sugars that cause all these problems and when you spike blood sugars your body produces insulin and when your body release insulin, you’ll be craving…you’ll be hungry…you’ll be tired…and continue to struggle with your weight. 

Q: Do I need to have a gym membership?

No! In today’s world I understand it’s difficult to get to a gym.  And while my program does have gym workouts (which I deliver to all of my students every Friday) I now have “at-home” follow-along workouts (on video) you can do in your garage or your living room where all you need is just a pair of light dumbbells and 20 minutes, that’s it!

Because what I found out is that shorter workouts are way more effective than long workouts.  So you don’t need any heavy weight to build lean muscle while dropping body fat.  All you’ll need is 15-20 pounds.

Q: How exactly do you help?

What separates my program from everyone else is the accountability system I have set up. 

The accountability piece of my program will support you on all 4 phases of my intermittent keto fasting system.

And what this looks like is I’ll provide you with “Faster than Amazon Service” using weekly phone calls for checkins plus you’ll get  access to me 24/7 through either email or text so that way if you have a questions or need help right away, you won’t have to wait for the weekly phone calls.

Yes, Yes, and Yes! I believe that the only limits are the limits you put on yourself. If you’re reading this right now, that tells me that you want a permanent and long term solution and that you’re serious about making a change.

Q: Do your methods work in other countries?

Of course. As long as you have access to a reliable Internet source, you are in business. The main reason I have so many clients from Canada and the U.S. is because I live in Florida.

You’ll honestly feel like you’re not even on a diet. Your meals will be LARGE enough to satisfy any BIG appetite while decreasing your cravings for sugary and unhealthy processed foods. As a father of three, a business owner, and a frequent church volunteer, I totally understand your concern. But here’s the truth, there will never be a perfect time to start your health and fitness journey.

A lot of the program members first come to me struggling to balance their work and personal life. I have even had a mom of 5 children! I understand that it may seem difficult to take care of others and take care of yourself but here’s the thing! The better shape you’re in, the better you can provide for the people you love. In fact, it’s actually an ADVANTAGE — because now you are forced to focus on being simple and efficient with your time.

Also, ask yourself, “What’s the alternative?” The alternative is that you go back to where you are at now, consistently depleting yourself everyday or wasting time and money on other programs that don’t work.

So yes, you can absolutely do this with young kids and/or with a full time job/student. You will simply need to work smarter, not harder. I will show you how.

Q: How is working with you any different from working with any other online coach?

I’m different because I actually understand you. I am 45 now and I can relate to all of the aches and pains and challenges that come up with getting older. Q: Is there a discount if you pay in full?

Of course. And I strongly recommend it. We’ll tell you about two unreal bonuses we offer to anyone who pays in full that I know you’re going to want to take advantage of.

Personally I recommend paying in full because you’re inclined to have higher levels of action. Plus you'll save at least 30% not doing the payment plan.  Of course you're welcome to go month to month if you want.

Q: How do I pay and lock in my spot?

Q: What if I need to speak to someone in my circle before making a decision?

I always recommend “committing first, and figuring out the rest later.” And if it is your partner that you need to talk to, use these three magic words, “Trust me, baby!”

In all seriousness, the only REAL reason you would need to speak with your partner is because they do not trust you. And they do not trust you because they sense deep down that you do not trust yourself.

Let me ask you this: do you ask your partner for permission to buy them a Christmas present or a birthday gift? I’m guessing you don’t. And why not? Probably because they trust you to make this decision.

If you do not believe in yourself to make a decision to be successful, you will always remain stuck. So I’ll say it again, commit first, use the 3 magic words after you enroll, “Trust me baby!” and then take massive action.

But if it is 100% necessary to have your partner’s approval, have them jump on the call with me and I'll get their questions answered.

Q: What if my spouse wants to join? Do you offer any discounts?

Absolutely! From my experience, it’s always helpful to have your partner be supportive and on board. In fact, the members who have both parties involved tend to succeed quicker because this adds another level of accountability that most people don’t have.
