So…If you want to lose fat, here is a Barbell workout that will challenge you but melt fat off faster than any traditional cardio.
You will perform this workout starting with 95 pounds on the bar.
Perform 5 reps for each exercise with no rest. Once you complete the first round, rest for 2 minutes and repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 rounds.
A1. Stiff Legged Deadlift Jumps
Jumping stiff legged deadlifts can be a bit tricky if you have not done them before.
Simply do a stiff legged deadlift and then jump just a few inches off the ground and repeat for 5 reps.
A2. BB Rows
While keeping a flat back, row the barbell to your waist and squeeze using your lats and return to the starting position.
Perform 5 reps and then move on to the next exercise.
A3. BB Military Press
Perform a barbell military press above your head while standing upright and tighten your core.

A4. BB Back Squats
Perform 5 reps and then rest for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes repeat circuit an additional 4 more rounds totaling 5 rounds.
