Hello my name is Tim Ernst, I’m from sunny, hot, and humid Florida
I have always had a passion for bodybuilding and fitness especially when my closest brother, my best friend died of a drug overdose back in 2001. This was the year that shook my world and I wanted to do something more constructive in life and that’s when I fell in love with fitness and bodybuilding. I trained for a few years with a co-worker and then I stumbled upon Vince Delmonte’s No Non Sense Muscle Building. After that I went on to Maximize Your Muscle Program where I finally went past the 190lb mark to hit 200lb. I got as high as 217lb and now sitting at about 207.
so fast forward and I got married 2 years ago and have a 13 month old baby girl named Arabella. She is so special to my wife and I but some of my training and diet have not been what it used to be. Some of you guys who have a family know what I’m talking about. I’m definitely feeling the edge to dial everything in at 100% again.
Well today I’m competing with 60 other guys to be apart of the Vince Delmonte Pro Team. I took on this amazing opportunity because I believe in the same vision as Vince, to help transform 1-million skinny guys by the year 2020. What is the Vince Delmonte Team you ask? The Del Monte Pro Team will be a group of 12 individuals who will represent and endorse the No Nonsense and Live Large approach to lifting and life. In short, these 12 people will be Vince’s Online ambassadors.
The 12 people that will make up the Del Monte Pro Team will work with him towards one incredibly and important goal and that is once again to help 1-million skinny guys transform their bodies, without drugs or bogus supplements, by the year 2020.
My goal is to get in the best and most shredded physique in my life.
Earlier today I took some measurements.
First my biceps measured at 16 1/4 unflexed and
17 1/2 Flexed.
Shoulders measured at 50 1/4 ,
Chest was 46 1/4,
Thighs 23 3/4,
waist 39, and
So I got some work to do especially in my lower abdomen area.
