In the video below I talk about what to do if you have a weak and lagging body part. In this example I talk about increasing the size of your biceps. If you want to build bigger biceps and they are weak to begin with you should start them off in the beginning of the week. Also you should do them twice a week spaced apart and do different movements on each of those two days.
On my chest days I noticed the pump in my biceps after doing 15 reps of incline cable flys. When doing this exercise your arms are slightly bent as you bring the cables up towards the front if your face and then back down. When keeping your arms at this slightly bent state, your biceps tense up and you will begin to feel an incredible pump.
Now when I do the chest file’s I implement a cable curl. This is a great combination and I would encourage anyone who wants to increase the size of their biceps to do this one extra movement on your chest day.
