NOTE: Perform each exercise back to back with no rest. Once you reach the last exercise (Prisoner Squats) rest for 60 seconds and repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 rounds.

1. Warm up 100 walking body weight lunges

2. 12×4 Dumbbell Lunges

3. 12×4 Reverse Dumbbell Lunges

4. 25×4 Prisoner Bodyweight Squats
