Building Bigger Calves

Workout Protocol:

1.  4 sets of 8 reps calve press.  Note:  (No rest in between sets/drop weight by 20%.)  When completed 1 round of the circuit, do 50 calve raises with no weight then rest for 40 sec and repeat 3-4 times.

2.  4 sets of 8 reps calve raise.  Note:  (No rest in between sets/drop weight by 20%.)  When completed 1 round of the circuit, do 50 calve raises with no weight then rest for 40 sec and repeat 3-4 times.
