One simple formula is to take your body weight and multiply by 17 for 2 weeks.
After 2weeks multiply your Bodyweight by 18. Finally after 2 more weeks multiply your Bodyweight by 19 or 20.

Performing this formula is the amount of calories you will need to consume on a daily basis to gain weight and build muscle.

Heavy weights doesn’t equal bigger muscles but rather the amount of time under tension you put on that particular muscle.
