ATTENTION! LOSE 7-11 POUNDS In 5 Days WITHOUT Exercise Using This "Done For You" Meal Plan

Revealed: This 5 day meal plan has been used by 1000's of overweight men & women to easily lose between 7-11 pounds WITHOUT tracking calories, macros or even exercise!

The other day I had an awesome back workout doing Barbell rows while super-setting with Deadlifts.  After the workout I created a BACK finisher.

A finisher is what you do at the very end of your workout to get the most “BANG” for growth on a particular muscle group your working.

It was an intense and BRUTAL workout to say the least.

If you know how to apply the right amount of tension, you can completely DOUBLE your muscle gains, remodel ANY “weak” body-part, bust through any plateau, all while revealing your abs at the same time.

By training and growing your back extra hard the goal is to build a nice “Lat Spread” that gives the illusion of a tight and tiny waist.

This visually looks really appealing giving you that V taper look that most guys are envious of.

I have finishers at the end of every workout in my 180 Muscle Program called, “DRTS.”  DRTS stands for, Dynamic Rep Triple Sets.

DRTS is a great way to finish your workout.  After doing these sets you’ll know that you gave everything you got and left nothing on the gym floor.

You’ll get a PUMP so BIG you’ll have a hard time walking out the door.

Today I created a back finisher or “DRTS” set to give you a muscle SWELLING PUMP that will grow your back giving you that desired V Taper shape.

Here’s  GIANT SET Back Workout Finisher called, “DRTS.”  Use this GIANT SET to finish off your regular back routine.  The workout is as follows:

A1.  Pull-Ups 3×6
A2.  Rope Rows 3×8
A3.  Straight Bar Pull-Downs 3×10

Note:  No rest between sets.  Once the first round is completed, rest for 60 seconds and repeat for 2 more rounds.
