700 Rep Leg Challenge

As a hard-gainer you know that it can be difficult to build legs.  Most of us skinny guys have long and lanky legs meant for running or basketball.  You as a hard-gainer can build bigger legs but it’s going to be more challenging than for other people.

Here is one routine for legs that is designed to build thick tree trunk looking legs.  The idea is that you want to pre-exhaust your legs in the beginning and then do the more challenging part of the workout towards the end.

The total workout is 700 reps combined.

This type of routine is going to be very taxing on your entire body and will deplete your energy hours after the workout and the next day.  You may want to take the next day off so that you can recover, your going to need it.  Below you will find the workout.  This routine is more mental than physical.  You’ll see that your mind will give up before your muscles do, so push through and the reward is sweet.

Make sure to eat a big meal an hour after the workout for proper recovery.
